Mia Realty Corp. was founded by Jorge De Piña, Jr. in 2012. The company was named after his daughter Mia Valentina. Mia Realty focuses on all areas of Real Estate with a strong emphasis in REO/Foreclosure services. All of our agents are experienced in commercial, residential and industrial real estate and are chosen to work in our office because of their high level enthusiasm, productivity, ethics and client service. Our company is a boutique style firm that allows every agent to have a personalized relationship with every client, buyer, seller, tenant or landlord. Our broker maintains an open door policy and is able to assist in every single transaction to optimize the experience and make each deal as smooth as possible. Jorge De Piña, Jr. is the founder of Mia Realty, Corp. He attended Saint Brendan High School in Miami, FL, and later went on to attend Florida International University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management. Later, Jorge went on to receive his Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Miami. Jorge has over 12 years of experience in Real Estate. He is a former REO asset manager, having handled multiple deals for Servicing Companies throughout the country, exposing him to many different Real Estate markets all over the United States. He now handles our REO department, working directly with over 10 servicing companies from Houston, TX to Miami, FL. Jorge is also an active investor and owns multiple properties in South Florida. Giving him the experience to be able to deal with investors and landlords looking for our services.
